Use the same email you used for supporter checkout. Checkout redirects alone do not grant Jellyfin access or prove membership status.
Update the payment method through the Stripe Billing Portal. The portal may show grace or past-due state while webhooks and reconciliation catch up; optional Jellyfin access can be paused if eligibility lapses.
Cancellation stops supporter eligibility according to the mirrored Stripe and entitlement state. Jellyfin accounts are disabled rather than deleted where practical, so staff can restore access if support resumes.
