Use the same email you used for supporter checkout. Checkout redirects alone do not grant Jellyfin access or prove membership status.

If payment fails

Update the payment method through the Stripe Billing Portal. The portal may show grace or past-due state while webhooks and reconciliation catch up; optional Jellyfin access can be paused if eligibility lapses.

If membership is canceled

Cancellation stops supporter eligibility according to the mirrored Stripe and entitlement state. Jellyfin accounts are disabled rather than deleted where practical, so staff can restore access if support resumes.

If refund or dispute is open

Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks may put optional access on hold for staff review. This staging copy is not final legal advice; public wording requires business and counsel approval.
